In what year during Reagan's Presidency did the Berlin Wall come down?

Fact Jimmy Carter ended the Cold War and George HW Bush brought down the Berlin Wall. Reagan was a complete lame duck who accomplished nothing other than arming Saddam Hussein with WMD's and training Osama Bin Laden. That and the Iran Contra scandal are his legacy.
