Why are so many African American celebrities getting into trouble with the law?

I can go on and on with names....Tupac Shakur, O.J. Simpson, Michael Jackson, Michael Vick, Plaxico Burress, Terrell Owens, Dennis Rodman, Latrell Sprewell, Ron Artest, Barry Bonds, R. Kelly, Rick James,Lil' Kim, James Brown, hell even Martin Luther King, Jr. spent time in jail. What is up with so many African Americans being locked and into trouble with the legal system? Does the Legal System not work in African Americans is this what the problem is?
