My living father's social security number?

I need a co signer and my father said he would happily do it for me. The only thing is, he doesn't remember his ss#. He left the United States back to his home country (Turks and Caicos Islands) in 1992. He has lost all of his information here. How do I obtain that info with him still being alive and with his consent?
