Absolutely agree with you! Most people don't realize that most of the problems of this world are based on too many people and not enough space and resources. It's disgusting that in just a few centuries we've managed to wipe out creatures that took nature millions of years to create. As far as answering your question, I don't think there is any easy or straightforward answer. Until we as a species can start to think of our world in a more intelligent, mature way we will continue to decimate the wildlife. I guess a good start is what you're doing right now: getting people thinking and talking about the problem. Another thing to do is vote with your wallet -- only patronize businesses that conduct themselves in a manner that is consistent with your beliefs. Don't buy beef from some place that's burning down a rainforest to make room for grazing land. Buy organic. I could go on forever...I guess now I'm on a rant.
