Says he liked me, but haven't heard from him?

If he's interested, he'll connect with you. If not, he won't. Guys see things like this differently than girls. Saying things like, "I'll call you later" means maybe later if/when he thinks/wants to. It is not a promise or a commitment to do so. This isn't him being mean, it's him being a guy! Sorry, but this is typical of most guys that I've ever known. Don't take it personally, just get on with your life.
