AMD Gaming Rig for $1300?

Hey guys, I have $1300 to spend on a gaming rig WITH monitor. I want to go AMD, because their cheaper and supposedly better for gaming. If you guys could recommend me a already custom built pc for around there or list some parts that would be good. Im looking at liquid cooled, 8800GT gfx card, 1-2GB, Sound Blaster sound card, etc. Thanks guys
