Any ogies with Mexico(Hispanic), and Ireland-Scotland( Anglo) countries ?

I'm an Anglo, my son is Tejano. But I'm smart enough to know that illegal Mexican labor is being used to depress the wages of Americans, be they Hispanic, Black or Anglo. Real Tejanos speak English, Mexicans speak Spanish. I think Mexico should take care of her own people & stop exporting the poor native American (Aztec, Mayan et al) population.
