Can I demand my previous employee?

I got fired for write a letter under other persons name. I did due to affect no one I did to get help for me. They discover me and fired me and I never got unemployment because of that and I'm ok. But they did things that wore wrong to me, I never got include and the rest of employees did, when I ask my manager to get a flag from my country because they all got flags from their country(they all were from the same country) they tell me to buy my own, I always felled discriminate against my person and they never respect my position that I had and they did to my co-worker. Legal advice please.
