Best or recommended educational freeware for toddlers?

This is one for pre-reading skills (they actually have sections for learning to read too) but a href="http://starfall.com" rel="nofollow"http://starfall.com/a is a great free website. My daughter (almost 3) loves it and we use it close to every day.
