Did i eat too much so far today?

Maybe if you just didn't have the raisin bran, you'd be fine. But if this is you normally eat everyday, you're in trouble. You need to stop eating all the snacks. Three healthy meals a day, and maybe two or three small snacks, one in the late-ish morning, the afternoon, and before you go to bed. Very small, little calories, little sugars, little fat.
