I've been working out for about 1 n a half months without any results......please help///.....?

First of all, you are mostly doing toning and anaerobic exercise. This is good, as you will gain muscle which will increase your metabolism overall (so you are always burning more calories). But with toning and weights, you won't lose pounds right away because you are building muscle! You might actually be losing fat, but it is being counteracted by the muscle gain. To actually take off fat at a faster rate, focus more on cardiovascular exercise like biking, jogging, walking or using an elliptical machine. The other part of this equation is that it usually takes a few months of regular exercise and healthy eating before you see real results. A healthy rate of weight loss is only 1-2 pounds per week. The best news for you - is that once fat does come off, you will really start to see those muscles you have been building! Keep it up ...
