In Olber's Paradox, is the universe expanding faster than light?

Olber's Paradox, means that the universe can't be infinitely old, and static. The universe is not infinitely old, it is 13.7 billion years old, stars are born, age and die.The space between galaxies is expanding and can in fact expand faster than light.
