What is a good game for me?

I'm looking for a game with a parkour like aspect and guns, lots of them. I like the building to building movement like in ins creed and infamous 2 or like kind of like in brink (bad ratings turned me off). For the guns just a descent arsenal I'm manly looking for the previous. Its has to be for xbox and it can be 3rd or 1st person I don't care.
