A few years ago, my male cat(not neutered, but still was infertile) managed to run out the door when I wasn't looking. I haven't seen him since for two years. I live in east las vegas, so a few miles out, you will start to find patches of desert untouched by civilization. There is falcons, bunnies, kestrels, lizards, and big rats.(it's kinda weird cause the animals live near so many houses) i had to ride two miles to my school and while i was riding home, a cat approaches me and meows. he looks exactly like my cat. This is probably still about two and a half miles from my house. I stop and he purrs and rubs against me. he was running from near commotion, but stopped for me. Could this cat have been mine? HELP! My plumeria is wilting?

I recently just bought a plumeria plant that already sprouted leaves. It's roughly 2 feet tall. It is actually starting to wilt, the leaves on the bottom are drooping over. I am not to sure about watering it but i water only when the soil is dry...I'd say about every 3 days if not more. The trunk of the plumeria seems normal (like hard but squeezable). I put it out in the sun everyday for six hours if not more, it's not on concrete or anything. Please help, this is my second plumeria plant and i seem to be plumeria-challenged. THANKS

Neighbor died and her family is trying to take my property by adverse possession so they can gain land for $$?

The house was built 48 years ago. Once the owners ped, their children took over. The house 3 feet from their property line, which isn't in setback limits (10 or 15 ft I think). They then installed a fence at least 20/30 years ago onto our property (which was vacant at the time). This fence also resides several feet onto another aing property. We are currently building our house and would like to install a 6 ft fence and remove their chain link fence that is on our property. The owner is threatening us with "adverse possession". The problem is this lawsuit or whatever can take a long time. I know they want to sell their house and are upset because they believed their lot line lied within the existing fence which it does not. If they "win" we will not only lose 5 feet, but we'll then have to put up our fence another 15 feet from their "illegal" fence. Again, the other issue is that their house on my site plan shows that they are not within the legal setbacks. Any advice??

Other foods, like leafy veggies- consist of a lot of undigestible fiber. That's good for movement, as there is a lot to be moved. But if your diet doesn't consist of plenty of whole grain foods, fruits and veggies on a daily basis, you are just going to have troubles. The external hemorrhoid was your warning, and will remain your reminder for life. As long as you stick to the right dietary program, it won't cause you any trouble. I don't know if yours is the same variety as mine, but I water them "wet to dry" method, and believe me, when they are dry, they flop quick. Make sure you water them well, and may I suggest an attractive drain pot. You don't want them saturated or too soggy all the time--you WANT the wet to dry. I prune the stems of bad leaves or the bloom stems when they are done, that's about it. Could be your lilly just needs a bigger pot and new soil. When they get too big for the pot, I take them outside, saw them in half, and then I have 2 lillies, or 3.

I think i may have overdosed on tylenol a few weeks ago. I took a lot, but wasnt paying attention so to how much so im not sure how much it was. I threw up a few hours later. Poor monkey, died on tv show, seriously upsetting me?

Okay so i was watching National geographic Wild and there was this show with these little specific monkeys, and it was custom for the people around the area to go and periodically feed them potatoes and grain, which is obviously interfering with the animals nature. Well there was this one little monkey who was smaller than the rest cus his mom died, and no one took care of him, the two animal reasercher/explorer whatever guys, who hosted the show basically followed the little guy around and then at the end of the show they said Two weeks later the little monkey died...WTF? I understand letting nature go along in its course without interference but since the people were already feeding the monkeys i don;t understand why someone couldn't have reached out to the little orphan monkey instead of basically watching him die on camera. have an ASRock K8upgrade NF3 board. It is a 754 socket that is able to go up to an AM2 socket buy a daughter card in the yellow slot. The AM2 add on card supports 8gigs of PC6400 ram and a max CPU of and AMD athlon64 X2 6000 ( the 95 watt version of the X2 6000). Also since my 7800 GS really can't hold up to newer games I'm wanting to play so I was going to add a 3850 by ATI. The 3850 is an AGP setup. I want to do this so I can upgrade the cheap way. How Can I Stop This Friendship Problem?

On the first day of the school year this year I was usually thinking about things and walking around during recess. This other girl, which everyone says is weird thought I was lonely and started talking to me. Every day that first week, she spilled milk all over me on accident. For some reason she became my friend. I think after a small little tiny conversation, she thought I was her BFF. So after that, she started sending me lots and lots of pics with so many hearts, a picture of me, and a picture of her holding hands! Also even more that kind of creeped me out a bit. She started giving me no space(trying to get me as her partner, following me wherever I went and I mean everywhere, not letting me have space, sitting by me everyday or budging people just to be next to me online, and much much more. Then on Halloween, I made a friend. She made me less shy, made me feel better about myself, made me happier, and helped me a whole lot! I also helped her too. The other person got upset and started bullying and threatening me(kicking me, saying that she'll find my other friend and say i'm not their friend anymore, rip my things when i'm not there, taking my homework, and more) She starts crying and saying I'm the worst person ever. I try to tell her i'm trying to talk to my BFF about her crush secretly but she just wont go. After that they started competing about who is my BFF. Nice looking horse. Overall well balanced and attractive, looks like a hunter type. He appears slightly built uphill (which is a GOOD thing). My first impression is that he is a bit long in the back but not too bad. He has a nicely sloped shoulder, clean straight legs, and his neck is set on well. Neck is a bit long but it matches his long back and I've rarely found a long neck to be a problem under saddle. The angles in his hindquarters are a bit "open" for my tastes, which would make it harder for him to really step underneath and engage his hindquarters like a dressage horse would need to do, but since he's intended for the hunters it shouldn't matter too much. He makes up for it with a powerfully muscled rump. He does have a bit of a roach back (his back rises up underneath the cantle of the saddle area) but this is not a conformation fault so much as a possible problem for fitting saddles. I like him a lot and I'd love to see a video of him moving.

Why cant i extend my knee (injury)?

I injured my knee 11 days ago on Nov 16 2010 playin basketball. i came down on and planted my left foot on the ground and tried to suddenly change direction slighty to the right, but before i could plant the next step i felt a sudden and sharp pain in my left knee. it was extremely painful. i didnt hear any pop though. it felt like i had brought all my weight down on my left knee and somethin just got strained or perhaps my meniscus got tore. i fell down right away with a lot of pain. im 25 and have never sustained a serious knee injury like this. immediately i could not straighten my left knee to lock it out so i had a bent leg while i was in pain. i got up and hopped on my right leg and could not bare any weight on my left leg cuz it felt so painful and tender/swollen inside the knee and was even shakin. i went to the ER the same day right after and they told me i sprained my knee. i feel the Physician istant told me this cuz i was able to stand on it and do a squat and take a couple of steps foward while squatting (but with difficulty and some pain and favoring the right leg for weight bearing) and cuz i did not have pain on the outside of my knee while he was touching it. the pain was and still is on the inside of my knee. i couldnt extend or bend it all the way cuz of pain. i had to use crutches for about 3-4 days because i could not bare weight. when i slept i had to turn my knee facing out because i felt pressure and pain if i turned my knee and leg in facing straight. after that i started to walk without crutches but very carefully at first and always with a limp and i had to watch my step very carefully cuz twisting caused a sharp pain and at first my foot and leg was still favoring a position turned outward to relieve pain on my knee while i walked. its day 11 and i cannot still fully extend my leg because it wont allow me to lock it out and i feel pain and pressure on the inside center of my knee when i try. my knee still looks swollen. i also cannot fully bend my knee all the way because i feel stiffness and some pain but the extending is a worse problem. i am still walkin with a limp but i am now able to turn my leg and foot in and keep them straight, but i always have to keep my knee bent even when i walk and this causes me to put strain on other leg muscles and my feet and left calf get really sore and fatigued especially. but i can move around a little faster now and can put more weight on my left leg and can turn and twist better although im stil very careful and dont try to make sudden twisting movements or high impact powerful fast movements because i feel i will hurt it. i dont try to run or even jog, just slow walking. i returned to work and its my 3rd day back and at work i have to stand and walk around all day. this is where my legs fatigue badly. the first day back i was limping badly and became slower with more pain as the day progressed. i also have to lift moderately heavy to very heavy stuff occasionally. im wondering what my injury could be. im very concerned that my knee still has not improved any in being able to extend out fully, its my biggest concern. im also concerned about the swellin because it has not gone down although its not extreme. i take pain pills occasionally mostly for work. i ice it occasionally, the first few day mostly, and i wear just an elastic wrap bandage on it. should i continue working and putting this kind of stress on my knee from all the walking and limping when im still having these problems with my knee. i saw another doc 6 days later on Mon Nov 22 2011 and she was tellin me the same thing that the ER told me, but after she played around with my knee a little (no pain to the touch on the outside) she hinted that it could be a tore ligament so she asked me if i wanted her to order an MRI and i said yes, that's what i was trying to get but its been hell cuz im on medicaid (public medical insurance for low income) and there are long wait times for doctor appointments and i cannot go to a specialist until the regular doc that i saw approves it. and the doc walked out and i did not see her after that. so the nurse comes in to tell me i was done and that i would get the MRI info in the mail. im still waiting and i dont know what for. i dont know how this works if it will be covered or has to be preapproved. it sucks to not have good medical coverage. i am still slow and careful on my knee especially when i have to climb and go down stairs and im still afraid to twist it fast. not being able to lock it out still is more worrisome to me. what could it be? has anyone had the same symptoms as me/ same experience? please share and what was the outcome/ treatment? can it be healed on its own with time back to normal to 100% again so that ill gain my full extension and flexibility and be able to lock it out again? please help

Need chewing toy advice for Corgi?

My boyfriend has a Corgi, and it is the chewing-est dog I've ever seen!! If he doesn't have toys handy the pooch will literally eat the walls! Every dog is different so it's important to experiment with different types of toys. (My two dogs love plushes, but the Corgi will destroy them in minutes.) I recommend Nyla-bones (beef flavored and puppy teething varieties). Also, get a legit Kong, fill it w/ treats, kibble and peanut er. Freeze it over-night. Your dog will go nuts! There are some toys made of fire-fighter hose material. They are VERY durable, but smell pretty funky. Furthermore check out Big Lots; I got a huge bag full of toys for my dogs for less than $20. I store the extras in a closet and rotate the toys often so the dogs wont get bored with the same old stuff. (Plus it's a great way to learn what your dog responds to). Also for a teething pup: ice feels good on their sore gums. Soak a clean dish-rag in water and freeze. My puppy loved it!

I was born in HK but grew up in the US. More specifically southern California. So like every Asian kid here who's not FOB, I'm quite tanned. And I got only tanner after I visited Taiwan coast for a week without an umbrella before I flew to HK. Once I reached HK, for the entire week, I was glared at, muttered at on the subway train as "not having wash herself properly" by guys with the same color tanned (Hello! I speak flawless Cantonese too and I can understand you!) and was forced to wait for a very long time at restaurants. My family usually wait until everybody got their food before they eat and they were forced to wait with me. And even when the food came, a drink was ALWAYS missing. All the guys there were as tanned as I was yet I was treated like I was wearing a scarlet letter of some unspeakable crime or something. I wanted to push my flight forward basically by the end of the second night I was there.

I don't think I breath enough?

Obviously I'm taking in enough air but sometimes i catch myself barely breathing. I used to have asthma, and my nose is almost always closed (like naturally but almost in a congested way, it sucks) I have to make myself take bigger breathes but maybe this is because of my atmosphere? I live in downtown san diego and i go to school at UC Riverside (polluted.) However I grew up Jersey where there is plenty of greenery and fresh air. I notice that whenever im at the beach or park or around some mountains, my breathing really opens up. Other than that, i ignore my lungs. Growing up with asthma i guess i got used to shorter breath because i did so many sports. Nasal spray does not work too well for me and I want to be able to breathe normally without having to think about it. what is up with this?

I'm 24 and have been called things like musically illiterate because I don't know the difference between nu metal,,cyber metal,industrial,etc.etc.I don't like hardly any music but I LOVE the bands I do listen to.I listen to Rammstein and Oomph! all the time and also like so people have suggested other similar bands.The only problem is I'm very picky.A lot of the bands have good electronica, but then they start death growling or have unintelligent lyrics(I can speak German BTW),or the lyrics,vocals and metal are all good,but the sampling is too simple,and that wrecks the whole song for me.I like bands that can create different songs that don't make the whole album song like one long song.I love good electronic stuff(Enigma) and metal(Otep)fine on their own,but it's like ecstasy when they're combined(Engel,Sonne,Mein Hertz Brennt,Benzin,Augen Auf)I also like APC and Tool(intelligent).I'm getting tired of listening to a handful of bands.I did like what I heard of Herrscaft.Any recommendations?P.S.if you can f**k to it it's a +.Prodigy's one of my favorites for that.

The only differences would be that we would be able to see more stars in our night sky. F1 a sign of things to come or a one off bad race?

I was really excited for the start of the F1 season and felt quite let down from the first race. Where was all the overtaking that we were promised? Do you think there will be more overtaking this season or will the guys be too worried about wrecking there tyres. Or was it just down to the fact that no one was quite sure how things would work so they were being cautious. Personally im not a fan of the newer tracks and feel we would have had a better first race starting in Australia.
